  A nice Starbucks, tucked away right on the corner of 39th and Cambie, this one has a nice cozy feel. It is not small in size, and makes up part of this block. With the nice outside seating along the front and side of this coffee house. Sometimes you want to be away from a shopping centre and enjoy a nice hot beverage, and some treats that all the Starbucks serve, and this one has it all. Couches on the inside to relax on while you are on your laptop, and all the shopping gifts to go along with it.
  
  There is enough street parking for this location, as most of the signage for the parking is for a 1 hour limit, so free parking is a plus, so you can allocate your funds into this place.

  Landers needs to organize himself better when getting food heated up.
  You don't service the next 3 customers before getting the previous food order started.....
  Nuts!!! Who trained this guy?

  Nice large Starbucks located near Oakridge.
  
  Parking is available on the side streets.
  
  One thing about this location is that it closes early because of the quiet location.  With that said, the large windows along 2 sides of the seating area are great for people watching during the day.
  
  The seating for this location is mostly in the form of long benches.  Great for working, as well as groups.  There are also some tables outside.
  
  The coffee here was consistent with the other chains.

  First in shouldn't  mean "last one" out.
  
  I should not have to wait for 3 ordered beverages on account of 4 other customers rolling in "AFTER" you started our first beverage.
  Customer should not have to "ask you" to get back with the program because you decided to prioritize the incoming customers and leave us holding your bag...
  
  If you can't handle it yourself, then call in the cavalry.

  The baristas here are sweet. I enjoy coming to this location as it is convenient and I can usually find a spot to do some studying or light reading. I usually go in the evening although I have noticed it get quite busy in the morning. Not a huge space, but big enough to bring a friend or some work to catch up on!
